U posudu staviti jaje i bjelance, ostatak \u0161e\u0107era, vanilin \u0161e\u010der, ulje, ka\u0161i\u010dicu soli i koricu limuna i ru\u010dno pomije\u0161ati sve.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kada kvasac nado\u0111e sipati u posudu i dodavati bra\u0161no uz mije\u0161enje. Umijesiti glatko tijesto koje se ne lijepi za ruke, premazati ga uljem i ostaviti 30-40 minuta da naraste.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nado\u0161lo tijesto na pobra\u0161njanoj podlozi premijesiti i podijeliti na manje loptice. Svaku lopticu oklagijom razviti u elipsu, jedan kraj zasije\u0107i, na drugi kraj staviti krem ili d\u017eem i urolati .<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pore\u0111ati ih na pleh i ostaviti da odstoje desetak minuta, zatim kiflice premazati mje\u0161avinom \u017eumanca i ulja.
